Animal Care Center of Castle Pines
Radiology and UltrasoundX-rays and ultrasounds are the primary diagnostic tool in our hospital for visualizing internal structures and organs. Our doctors will recommend x-rays for anything from vomiting to lameness.
All of our radiographs get sent to a board certified radiologist for review. They can examine your pet’s digital images and provide additional information to your veterinarian.
Sometimes a more comprehensive view of the internal structures is needed.
An ultrasound provides a three-dimensional image using sound waves to aid in the diagnosis of a condition. This non-invasive, advanced diagnostic tool is something our board certified radiologist can perform usually without any sedation.
