Dr. Carrie Oakes graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology.
She then went on to earn a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 2022. During her clinical year in vet school, Dr. Oakes completed an externship at the Animal Care Center of Castle Pines and loved her experience! Following graduation, Dr. Oakes and her fiancé relocated to Parker, CO!
Dr. Oakes has a special interest in feline medicine as she recognizes that felines deserve medical care that is specialized towards their unique needs. Outside of work, Dr. Oakes enjoys hiking, adventuring through Colorado, and spending time with her fiancé, their 4 cats, and dog. Dr. Oakes looks forward to providing excellent care for your pet!
