Kelli was raised in the western suburbs of Chicago and knew early on that she wanted to help the healing process in people. Once she graduated from high school she went directly into physical therapy school at St. Louis University, and then furthered her education with Master of Science in physical therapy at Rosalind Franklin University. Kelli eventually specialized in the treatment of adults with neurological impairments.
After a friend’s pet had two knee surgeries and needed physical therapy, Kelli realized there was a whole new world of healing for companion pets and immediately decided that a change from human to animal physical therapy would be a great way to meld her current skills with a new and challenging career assisting animals with the healing process. Kelli also has a special place in her heart for senior pets, helping them to age gracefully and as painlessly as possible.
