Vet in Castle Pines
About Your Experience
Our hospital is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association. The association sets standards for quality pet care in veterinary hospitals. As a hospital member, we voluntarily uphold the association’s high standards in 18 different areas, including patient care, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental and nursing care, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology and continuing education.
We voluntarily have our hospital evaluated by a consultant who makes sure we meet or exceed the Association’s high veterinary hospital standards. This is our way of demonstrating our commitment to providing quality pet care. We are proud to be an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association since 2009 and AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
Choosing an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital for your pet’s medical care ensures that the hospital you have selected has the facilities, equipment, staff and medical protocols that AAHA believes are important for the delivery of high-quality care. We are committed to being continually evaluated against the most rigorous standards in veterinary medicine. We take great pride in being among the 15% of small animal practices in the U.S. who successfully go through the accreditation process and continuously strive to meet and exceed over 900 standards.
What People Say About Us
I absolutely love Animal Care Center and all the wonderful people who work there. I love how we can all be on the floor with our animals with a big mat some blankets and pillows. The calming music in the background. It’s so wonderful and calming for my cats and me.
They are very thorough when explaining what steps they would like to take in finding out the issue with my fur babies. And talking about how much it will cost before anything is done.
I have been to plenty of other veterinary clinics and this is by far the best. I live anywhere from 25min to 45min depending on traffic and that’s just fine with me because my fur babies deserve nothing but the best.
So thank you, everyone, for all you do we appreciate and love you.
We have now brought our Toy Fox Terrier to the Animal Care Center of Castle Pines twice for dental cleaning and X rays. We are very grateful there is such a great place to take our dog especially for dental care. Our dog now has clean beautiful teeth and he was very happy when we picked him up! The doctors and staff are very thorough, caring and efficient.
Our dog Missy ended up sick and our regular vet couldn’t get us in. I called Animal Care Center and they got us in within an hour. They took amazing care of Missy and talked me through all of her treatment options and quoted me before we decided on what to do. We saw Dr. Wayment and the tech Allie. Both of them were so caring and amazing! We will be switching to Animal Care Center of Castle Pines for our vet!
Dr McVicker and her assistant Mareena are fantastic. Dr McVicker has been taking care of our cats for years and she does an amazing job. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable!! The staff at Animal Care Center are also excellent. They deserve more than 5 stars!
I was referred to Animal Care Center by a neighbor who raved about them. My experience has always been 5-star. Dr. Quint and his assistant Danielle are so gentle and good with every small dog I’ve taken there. The front desk gals are also on top of their game. Recommend without hesitation.
Staff is always amazing!! They are very attentive to my pups’ special needs and behavior issues. They never look poor on me for my dogs’ issues, like many places do, yet try to find the best way to help my pups and I remain calm and successful. I drive from an hour away, just for their knowledge, support, and care for my pups’ needs!!
Dr. Molly Miller is our regular vet, and we love her. We’ve needed fast care and used several of the other vets at this practice and really like the way we are treated. I won’t take my pups anywhere else.
